Cabot Tower is a well known landmark on Signal Hill in St. John's. This view is from a hiking trail (East Coast Trail) on the other side of town. The landscape is very dramatic and is one of the reasons why Newfoundland is often called the "Rock". Every tourist who visits St. John's will always stop by Signal Hill for a scenic stop and take a photosnap before travelling home.
